About the Role:

The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling duties, coordinating calendars, and organising meetings.

To be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities/ Day to day:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel financial and other data.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Booking customers in for appointments
  • Aftercare calls and responsibilities
  • Liaising with office and out of office professionals, working together to finish every job in a timely manner to the most professional standard
  • Assisting the submission team to reach the highest level of compliance, first time right scores
