The successful candidate will continue their studies with engineering industry specialists, RNN Group, in their newly refurbished Engineering workshops. Giving you the training, you need to become an all-rounded and qualified Engineer.

You’ll develop your skills alongside experienced engineers, learning a variety of duties and supporting the whole business. You’ll be taught and mentored to work with the company machinery, including CNC machines alongside traditional milling and turning machines, learning engineering skills with a team who are renowned for exceptional skills.

Job duties will include:

  • Learning to operate company CNC machinery
  • Learning how to operate manual milling machines
  • Learning manufacturing process
  • Monitoring operating machinery and making correct adjustments
  • Learning how to operate manual turning machines
  • Learning how to operate borer machines
  • Working to all health and safety regulations required
  • Any duties in line with your job role
