You will handle queries from clients and third parties and take the appropriate action to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

As you will have contact with clients it is essential that you are professional and confident and have excellent communication skills.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist with daily operation of the office
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with Client queries and other Third Parties
  • Prepare files for presentation to Clients
  • Provide support to advising principal

Succsessful completion of the Apprenticeship is likely to result in a permanent contract of employment including staff benefits and competative salary along with ongoing learning and accreditaion, ulitimately working towards a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Services (CII).

Own transport is desirable but not essential.
