We have a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Business Administration with a busy construction company. 

In this role you can expect to:

  • Receive copies of project purchase orders
  • Cross check delivery notes
  • Liaise with suppliers for deliveries due and shortages
  • Follow up supply chain deliverables
  • Submit approved delivery note to office accounts dept.
  • Maintenance of project drawing files & information
  • Working with the project document exchange system BIM360 & the company's own system Egnyte
  • Ensure that hard copies of company files are current and up-to-date, when new information is issued and providing copies for the project team to review prior to filing
  • Monitor the project health & Safety files ensuring timely reviews of documents are carried out
