You will be providing administrative services to the team through a variety of tasks. The ability to multi-task and time management is an essential skill for this role. You may be required to:

  • Invoicing external stakeholders for services carried out by Balgores
  • Take telephone messages and answer calls
  • Take minutes for meetings that take place and type up subsequently
  • Liaising with staff to keep to important deadlines and complete tasks
  • Managing staff diaries and appointments
  • Use company systems to manage and organise accounts information
  • Assist with administrative duties including scanning documentation, photocopying, post etc
  • Order and maintain stock (stationery) for the branch
  • Participate and organise training for staff
  • Database administration
  • Filing and archiving documentation regularly
  • Answer incoming email enquiries
  • General administration duties to support the sales staff
