About the employer
The Elite Group takes a unique approach to building management. Alongside taking care of the day-to-day necessities, we look beyond how the building is currently used to ask, how can we make sure this building lasts? How can we guarantee it is sustainable into the future? How can we deliver services that meet the diverse needs of the current tenants whilst still creating opportunities for long term development? We know that property owners and financial directors don’t like surprises and this is where our life cycle cost plan comes into it’s own – a building management strategy for improvement, renewal, repair and maintenance that brings clarity and creates opportunity.
