In this role you will be working in the granary to fulfil all orders, some of the duties include: 

  • Ensuring that orders are complete on time and in full
  • Working with the Operations Manager on ensuring products leave the roastery in good presentable and safe way
  • Bagging and Packaging all coffees correctly, and making sure that all orders are processed with no mistakes
  • Keeping a careful record of the stock on the roastery management system, so that it can be located quickly
  • Getting orders ready for Amazon Fulfilment Centres – barcoding and packing safely
  • Accepting deliveries of Green Coffee Beans by the pallet load
  • Manual Handling of goods around roastery to designated storage space
  • Arranging Couriers, DPD, Royal Mail etc
  • Processing all order enquiries
  • Participating in Non-Conformance reporting
  • Assisting in Good Stock Management
  • Keeping the Granary Clean, Tidy, and presentable – maintaining a good cleaning regime
