This position would suit someone who wishes to start a career in property management and is passionate about the industry and working in a school environment.

Duties include:

  • To assist with the uploading and maintenance of the computer aided facilities management software (CAFM)
  • To undertake site visits with the property team to survey and inspect buildings
  • To assist with the Societies carbon management programme, undertaking analysis of energy management databases and asset registers
  • Be involved with the day to day running of the Head Office building
  • To liaise with suppliers and contractors to enable the successful delivery of projects
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks requested by Management Executive and line managers
  • To demonstrate a high standard of appearance and conduct at all times
  • To promote good working relationships in own department and across the Society Divisions
  • Observe all safety and hygiene regulations and practices as laid down by the Society under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974)
  • Follow the Policies and procedures as set out by the Society
  • To demonstrate a high standard of appearance and conduct at all times
