Welding Apprentice Level 3 - Automotive Sector SHIFTEC MANUFACTURING LIMITED
This role is for applicants who have already achieved or about to achieve their Level 2 Welding qualification, through an apprenticeship. Manual MIG welding (steel mostly), reading and interpreting engineering drawings, check and inspect equipment and work pieces.

This role is for those aged 18+ (insurance purposes) who have already completed or about to complete a Level 2 Welding apprenticeship.
Duties to include:
- Manual MIG welding (steel welding mostly)
- Reading & interpreting engineering drawings and instructions
- Ability to check and inspect equipment and work pieces
- Working at an efficient rate and tempo
Requirements and prospects
The candidate should possess the prior ability to MIG weld, and ideally, already have in their possession a Level 2 Welding qualification, through an apprenticeship programme.

As well as a Level 2 qualification in welding, the candidate should already possess GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4 / C and above in maths and English Language.
