We are looking for a keen and reliable apprentice butcher to work in our retail store, 9 hour days, 5 days a week including weekends. 

We are looking for someone enthusiastic to carry out the tasks including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning
  • Sausage making
  • Product making
  • Carcase work
  • Operating butcher machinery
  • Serving on the counter
  • Stock rotation
