We are looking for a keen and reliable apprentice butcher to work in our retail store, 9 hour days, 5 days a week including weekends.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic to carry out the tasks including but not limited to:
- Sausage making
- Product making
- Carcase work
- Operating butcher machinery
- Serving on the counter
- Stock rotation

Things to consider
Butchery is a varied and sought-after skill with lots of potential in different directions in Catering or Retail etc. There is good money to be made in this industry due to the growing demand for sustainable and quality meat.

We are a large retail food hall with a butchers and deli counter serving the public and catered events.
