- What does Premex do?
Premex provides high quality, independent medico-legal reports to the legal professional and insurance industry which are used to assist in personal injury cases,
- Role Purpose:
The role of a Junior Case Handler is to provide an excellent service for all our customers. Our customers include people who have been injured in an accident, solicitors and medical experts.
- Your role:
As an Apprentice Case Handler you will be involved in key aspects of an injured parties personal injury claim.
Your duties will include:
- Proving medical experts with key information
- Booking and re-arranging medical appointments
- Request medical records
- Responding to calls from customers
- Recording and updating information on our in-house system

Please be aware you will be working in the company and will also be required to attend Alliance Learning for the Day release training.
The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £4.30 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age.
The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
