Duties will include:

  • Analysing and identifying important trends and patterns of information and translating this into writing
  • Updating websites and written content
  • Creating engaging and SEO rich web pages
  • Inputting and preparing data for the companies’ systems
  • Gaining knowledge of items used within the business
  • Filing and organising paperwork and electronic documents
  • Fast paced response to urgent requests
  • Supporting customer returns
  • Maintaining health and safety of the warehouse
