Daily Duties:

  • To take responsibility for the effective use of office supplies
  • To support the production of leaflets and brochures
  • To ensure the smooth running of the team by dealing with general enquiries, greeting visitors and maintaining shared resources
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues, and other services, to maintain operational efficiency
  • Proactively promote health and wellbeing using relevant resources available i.e. notice boards
  • To provide service users with support and encouragement including the dissemination of harm reduction literature.
  • To maintain service user confidentiality
  • Ensure good working relationships are established and maintained within Delphi medical and externally with other service providers and commissioners and other interested parties
  • To maintain an overview of the administration function and workflow within the Clinical Team
  • To provide effective administrative support including diary management, phone calls and typing correspondence producing documents to a good standard, using The Pavilion templates, in line with Delphi Medical guidelines
  • To maintain the integrity of secure filing and archiving systems of service user and service information
  • Ensure all documentation completed when necessary and in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work as a member of the team
  • To participate in Delphi Medical’s supervision and appraisal system
  • To ensure that own essential training is maintained and up to date
  • To attend any local training/development sessions as appropriate.

Desired qualifications

  • 4 GCSE’s at grades A*- D (9-4) including maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Candidates who have not attended an Apprenticeship Interview at LMC prior to Interview must achieve at least a Level 1 on the Initial Assessment to be complete prior to enrolment

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Relevant training will be provided through Lancaster and Morecambe College. In order to successfully complete the Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme, subject to attending an Apprenticeship Preparation Training Session here at Lancaster and Morecambe College.
