•    Answering phones and dealing with enquiries or directing them appropriately.
•    Checking Purchase invoices that goods have been received in a decent condition and the price is as quoted, getting sign off for them and uploading them to our bookkeeping software.
•    Raising Purchase Orders for raw materials and goods as requested by the production team.
•    Liaising with customers to keep them informed of any issues and delivery dates.
•    Arranging shipment of goods to customers. 
•    Issuing invoices to customers. 
•    Maintaining a job book. 
•    Process mapping / creating efficient processes for the business.
•    Taking minutes of meetings.
•    Any other tasks as required by the estimating or production team to ensure the smooth delivery of the final product and support those teams.
