The Role: Pallet Track Operations Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work within a fast paced department to assist with administration and telephone calls to ensure we are successful within the time constraints set by our networks and customer requirements.

Duties will include:

  • Customer and depot-based call handling, meeting the required answering target
  • Assist with booking in deliveries
  • Assisting all administrators when volume of workload demands
  • Covering duties of Pallet Track Operations colleagues during absence (this will be admin and telephone duties)

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is 4.30 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
