With fresh homemade food being at the heart of this establishment, the ideal candidate will share the same passion for fresh food and respect for ingredients.

Reporting directly to your Head Chef you will:

  • Ensure all products are rotated.
  • To prepare and cook food to a quality standard according to set procedures and to assist in ensuring all dishes are ready for services.
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene are followed to kitchen procedures.
  • Ensuring all areas of the kitchen in use are clean and tidy
  • Deliver meals to the kitchen standards.
  • Working closely with the team to constantly improve food offering
  • Ensuring completion of all health and safety regulations including HACCP, COSHH and all other due diligence relevant to your job role.
  • The ability to work with our allergens policy and kitchen management package.
