Duties will include:

  • To provide high quality ICT support 
  • To support the day to day housekeeping and running of ICT, printer and telephone systems and devices
  • To work with the ICT Team including using the help desk to provide day to day assistance to end users  
  • Provide high quality, first and second line technical support ensuring that all jobs are completed to a high standard and within the required time frame
  • Assist the team in undertaking day to day maintenance of printers, end user devices, ICT Hardware and software
  • Install and maintain computer hardware, clients, laptops, audio/visual equipment and peripherals
  • Provide effective ICT technical problem solving, supporting staff, students and wider teams including community users and external visitors when necessary
  • Assist with the expansion of the school network infrastructure including switches, cabling and wireless network equipment
