Dutie will include:

  • To work closely under the direction of the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
  • Carry out tasks required by the head chef and cover extra duties when there are staff shortages or absences
  • Be flexible and willing at all times to ensure all tasks and kitchen duties are carried out in order to deliver a good customer exoerience and to assist the Head Chef in building a quality reputation for the restaurant
  • Assist the Head Chef in the operational control of the kitchen, to maximise the efficiency of the kitchen by achieving all key performance indicators
  • Update culinary skills and keep ahead of culinary trends and fashions.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Carry out any other duties a required by the Head Chef, CEO or Restaurant Manager
