Role Overview:

  • The purpose of this job is to ensure that all types of Retail, Multichannel and Supplier returns are processed end to end in accordance with company procedures in order to maximise recoveries and minimise loss. Performing a daily PI counts and Audits

Some of the Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To unload, breakdown and locate all inbound Returns from both internal and external sources
  • To process all Retail return types from across the group.
  • To process direct to DC Internet returns
  • To undertake various Stock Control duties on a daily basis including Audits and PI counts
  • To report any potential quality or product issues to the Management team for review
  • To assist with offsite PI counts as and when requested by your line manager when required
  • To analyse reports and feedback your findings
  • To assist with the ongoing development of colleagues
  • Comply with current Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work place
  • To complete any other adhoc tasks as directed by your line manager in line with current levels of responsibility

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Ability to clearly communicate at all levels, both verbally and written
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)

  • Accuracy and a high level of attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Able to work as an effective team player
  • High standards of conduct, punctuality, performance and reliability are essential

  • Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in maths and English
