Office Assistant Apprenticeship Level 3 Chs Fire & Security Ltd
Your role will be supporting the management team with the day to day running of the office and interacting with engineers, external customers and contacts. Using IT packages, typing letters, emails, proposals, analysing data. writing reports, data entry, raising invoices, preparing reports and other office duties.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Answering incoming calls, taking messages, data entry, diary coordination, raise invoices, updating and reviewing internal central management system, filing, writing reports, analysing data, and other general office duties

The position involves all aspects of the business and is office based. The apprentice will gain a fully rounded view of how the company is operated and will ensure that they gain experience in all that is involved in running an office. This is an 18 month apprenticeship which will involve on the job training and will develop into a long term career. Functional skills if needed.
