About the employer

Myself (Charlie) and my Sous Chef and Fiancée (Carlie) started the Goose and Gander Kitchen after lockdown 1.0. We now lease the pub kitchen at The Lord Nelson Pub, Topsham. We produce high end pub classic food lunch and dinner 6 days a week including a well renowned Sunday roast. We have a more intricate menu which has taken on the theme of popular street food dishes from all over the globe, we put our own fine dining twist on them creating an original style of British fusion street food dishes. We work closely with the landlords Darren and Rachel in promoting our locally sourced, freshly cooked food alongside their great service and interesting drink selection. As well as writing special menus for the music or sports events they put on constantly through the year.
