Full training and support will be provided throughout your employment, and we are keen to retain our employees by offering a clear structure for growth within the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of confidential information
  • Telephony – receiving and making calls
  • Supporting Podiatrists with admin tasks
  • Answering emails
  • Greeting patients & Reception Duties
  • Following compliance procedures and Healthcare Guidelines
  • Checking weekly calendars and diary management
  • General office/clinic tidying and cleaning
  • Using Cloud Storage & Online administration system
  • Stock-taking Packing and Posting online sales orders
  • Product knowledge, features, and benefits - sale of products on the reception desk
  • All other admin duties as and when required

Desired qualifications


GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

If you have not achieved these you may be able to study towards Functional Skills qualifications as part of your apprenticeship, this will be discussed at the interview.


GCSE or ‘A’ Level Business Studies (or equivalent).

Future prospects

Excellent potential for permanent employment upon completion. 

Things to consider

We have a professional dress code at Care For Feet, but no uniform is provided.

Transport links are not great between the clinics so a driving license and access to a vehicle is preferable but not essential.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Established in 2013 Care For Feet provides Podiatry services across the High Peak area with 4 Podiatrists and 3 clinics based in Bakewell, Buxton, and Chapel-en-le-Frith. Care For Feet is a family run business owned and directed by Jo and Lee Lambourne who both reside in Chapel en le Frith.

We are an ambitious business with aspirations to grow our clinical sites either through acquisition or franchise and to expand our eCommerce store ensuring the continued organic growth of our business by embracing technology and offering alternative therapies. Our business is very professional and run as an ‘Accredited Practice’ in compliance with the HCPC guidelines and College of Podiatry.
