Reporting to the Line Manager Your day to day duties will include:

  • Assess images of vehicle registrations from camera equipment on various car parks across the country and check the information provided is correct and in accordance with company guidelines. Any incorrect registrations are to be manually amended on the system
  • Sheets to be completed highlighting which sites and how many images per site have been assessed
  • Looking at contraventions within the car parks by matching information on the system and assessing whether vehicles have overstayed on particular car parks
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
  • Managing, organising, and updating relevant data using database applications
  • Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times and maintaining a standard of personal conduct that is in line with the nature of the duties and the working environment.

A willingness to develop and progress within the business. CCTV Processing Your day to day duties will include:

  • Reviewing CCTV footage captured and processing images to produce a Charge Notice
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all CCTV captures reviewed
  • Uploading/Downloading of CCTV footage
  • Using bespoke software in order to carry out set duties
  • Managing, organising and updating relevant data using Microsoft applications (Excel & Word)
  • Liaising with other departments within the business
  • Supporting projects and bespoke exercises
  • General data input and other miscellaneous administrative tasks

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £4.30 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
