We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our diverse and customer focused team here at the hub!

You will be the first point of contact for all customers/members entering the hub, providing help with membership queries, hub tours, membership sign ups (all training will be provided on the Customer portal) You will answer the phone, social media enquiries, serve drinks in our modern & stylish Coffee Shop, always ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Answering calls & emails - dealing with membership enquires & new leads, existing member queries & delegating where appropriate
  • Promoting STORME, dealing with advertising companies & suggesting new ideas
  • Admin relating to the class timetable & any ad hoc tasks
  • Social media posts/replies
  • Welcoming members into the hub visiting the gym or coffee shop
  • Ensuring the area is always Covid safe
  • Stock checks
  • Serving hot & cold drinks
  • Ensuring the covid cleaning guidelines are being followed by members
