1. Data Management.

  • To input computerised codes to medical records in accordance with protocols
  • Ensure that all incoming records are recorded as received, sorted, tagged and tidied
  • Maintain records in a good state of repair

2. Administration.

  • To scan clinical correspondence
  • To deal with incoming post
  • To support the training records process
  • To deal with e-consultations

3. Reception Duties.

  • Registering new patients with the practice in accordance with the practice protocol
  • Ensure all relevant documents are completed and proof of identity is given
  • Respond to all queries and requests for assistance from patients and other visitors
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are kept neat and tidy

3. Other.

  • To carry out other duties as may reasonably be required
