This role will consist of :

  • Ensuring that all clients/vistors whether calling into the office in person, by phone or email, have the best customer experience
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Providing refreshments for clients as required
  • Maintaining and Inputting data onto the Firm’s client database
  • Administration duties including the production of documents, letters, invoices etc.
  • Recording cheques received and banking thereof
  • Maintaining the electronic diary and booking appointments as required - liaising with clients and members of staff
  • Recording and franking of all outgoing post and the posting thereof and taking to the Post Office
