This would be a very varied role. We are a small team where everybody jumps on what tasks need to be done. The role would suit somebody with some technical knowledge and some basic CAD experience although this is not mandatory.

Stahlwille is a high-quality German Hand Tool Manufacturer, we are the UK Subsidiary based in Camberley. Our key markets are Aerospace, Defence, Wind Power, and High-End Engineering.

The successful candidate would be trained up in many aspects of the Business. This would cover the day today running of the office and the warehouse but would also include some more long-term project work.

We would expect the chosen candidate to be punctual and hardworking, in return we would offer a good salary and working conditions

Apprentice Job Spec

  • Understand and be able to work in the Warehouse receiving and despatching goods
  • Understand Stock locations and Stock Count
  • Manage Tool Control Projects including the use of the CAD design system
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with the management of various Blue-Chip customers
  • Assisting with the updating of various documents including the Calibration Register
  • Answering customer calls
  • Using our Operating System to generate Quotes, Sales Orders, Price and Availability
  • Purchase Order chasing
  • Office filing
  • Support the Operations Manager on a daily basis

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • An ability to learn other Computer skills such as basic CAD

Desired qualifications

GCSE grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and maths.
