Future prospects

The idea is that all three of the team should learn all jobs to be covered by the team so that each member of the team can cover for each other. Therefore, all the varied tasks will be taught to all members of the team thereby enhancing each members skill sets.

The business is very much in a growth period and therefore as the business continues to grow further career and role opportunities will become available and our target is to develop and fill these roles internally and then recruit at the junior level again.
