Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in preparation of the monthly Sales Reports
  • Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to produce correspondence, documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases supporting Finance and Commercial Managers.
  • Maintain data in the SAP system. 
  • Interpret all data from customer ‘Terms’ files and ensures the correct information is processed into the SAP system
  • Advises any issues with required scenarios and provides suggested solutions
  • Works with Accounts in regard to overdue invoices, invoice queries and query resolution
  • Assists with the planning and preparation of price increase administration
  • Verifies information and proofreads data in readiness for issuing and printing
  • Completes customer-specific price increase preparation in the customer order system in a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Assists with communication and mailshots to customers
  • Interfaces between Accounts and Sales effectively - ensuring once queries are solved that the invoices are paid as early as possible, improving cash flow
  • Assists Sales in the preparation of price increase data, which supports getting price increases implemented to schedule
  • Liaises will all necessary departments to ensure query investigation is brought to a satisfactory conclusion to prevent late payments

  • Computer skills - Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, and be used to using email.
