A normal day would include:

  • This is a varied role and will include all aspects of administration as well as some Customer Service
  • Responsibilities would be managing incoming reactive work orders on email and portals
  • Creating jobs on internal management system and alerting operations of new job
  • To include attaching documents, pictures etc to new job files
  • In addition to this there will be other minor admin tasks as yet to be defined, but the bulk responsibility will be as above
