Dutieswill include:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT service desk
  • Review IT request system and identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide on-going support for local and Group IT managed infrastructure
  • Support Microsoft office, WiFi and Lan
  • Maintain vendor data for phones, printers and WiFi
  • Support IT equipment, ie laptops, desktop computers, phones, ipads, projectors etc
  • Maintain central asset management register
  • Monitor IT licencing and update central licencing system
  • Support or complete testing on relevant IT systems
  • Support UK IT security management
  • Follow the training you received when using any work items given to you
  • Take reasonable care of your own and other people's health and safety
  • Co-operate with your employer on health & safety

  • Excellent IT skills, advanced Excel and Power point would be an advantage
