This job will involve preparing all aspects of the menu prior to service and the serving of Starter, Tapas and Dessert dishes during service.  

After the initial induction and first few weeks, the Apprentice will be given their own section to work on throughout service times, preparing and cooking the appropriate dishes for that section in a professional and timely manner. 

Once a section has been continually worked on to a high standard, the Apprentice will progress to another section of the kitchen during service, with the full aim being to comprehensively train and cover all aspects of a professional working kitchen whilst also covering all key areas of the apprenticeship program.

Future prospects

The intended opportunity to become a full-time member of our kitchen team. As per previous apprentices, once their course is complete and if they have demonstrated commitment, work ethic and professionalism alongside a passion for cookery a full-time Commis Chef position will be made available to them – with the opportunity to progress further through the ranks within our business.
