As an Office Customer Service Admin Assistant, some roles and responsibilities of your job would be;
- Answering telephones
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries
- Data input
- Updating CRM records
- Updating social media platforms and advertising
- Any ad hoc jobs as required
Requirements and prospects
The successful candidate will have the following skills;

A basic knowledge of English and maths is required for this position with GCSE grades of A-E.
On completion of your level 2 apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to progress to a level 3 to further your career.

As part of the apprenticeship programme, attendance is required at our Skills Group training center. This is usually twice monthly. All other aspects of the qualification will be delivered on-site by the employer. You will have regular visits from your designated Skills Group assessor, who will monitor your progress during your apprenticeship training.
Whilst at the Skills Group training center, you will learn the necessary skills and gain experience to help you throughout your role. Part of your training will be knowledge and theory based, with support sessions to help you with your project.
