Working alongside our qualified and experienced trade teams, you will carry out various decorating works as required and also general works to company standards.

You will utilise the skills gained at Achieve Training whilst under the supervision of your qualified mentor to assist in the speedy and competent completion of tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professional standards with our valued customers
  • Understanding the most appropriate products and use of colour in different settings
  • Wallpapering using techniques for the hanging of lining paper, standard papers, digital print, and wide width including (matching patterns, internal and external corners)
  • Understanding the principles of costing, pricing, and budgeting
  • Interpreting specification documents and ensure correct preparation and systems are followed
  • Developing a strong work ethic, becoming motivated, reliable, and adaptable
