Main duties of the role:

  • Working as part of the team, supporting administrative tasks, participating in staff training and weekly team meetings
  • Booking and assisting with regular property inspections, including check in/check out and periodic tenant visits
  • Assisting with our process for property repairs and managing these accordingly
  • To be supported and to work in accordance with current lettings legislations
  • Managing and updating records in the rental database
  • Keeping tenants updated with changes in legislation/property updates
  • Booking viewings, valuations and dealing with property enquiries
  • Conducting accompanied (and over time unaccompanied) property viewings
  • Undertaking property research in order to prepare for rental valuations
  • Conducting accompanied property valuations with the team
  • Assisting with video viewing
  • Support the team with property listing appointments and all aspects of property marketing, including photography, marketing descriptions and floor plans
  • Maintain regular landlord contact and provide feedback where necessary
  • Assisting and participating with social media campaigns
  • Representing the business at networking events
