About the Role:

As we continue to expand our team, we are now looking for a full-time Graphic & Digital Designer.

We are seeking a proactive team member, with an all-rounder skill set; a strong foundation in graphic layout and typography and experience designing for both digital and print projects. The ideal candidate would also have a keen interest in social media design and marketing and have good photographic skills in order to create great digital media advertisements and marketing imagery.

Duties will include:

  • Applying creative and design-thinking to social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Photographing products and lifestyle images to bring creativity to the market
  • Working within our project team from concept to delivery
  • Working to briefs and existing brand guidelines, with the ability to push creativity
  • Embracing emerging platforms and innovative solutions to digital design
  • Working across digital campaigns in various fields
  • Designing art-working and preparing for print and digital formats

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • A proficient portfolio demonstrating skills in layout, typography and branding
  • Experience with digital design and photography
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop & Illustrator essential with working knowledge of camera equipment such as DSLR systems.
  • Ability to manage your time across various projects under supervision of the Senior Designer
  • Flexibility and a willingness, with desire to learn, grow and move forward within the team
  • People skills, good communication with all team members, clients and suppliers

  • GCSE – English and maths (Grade C/4 or above)
