Duties include:

  • Book appointments on behalf of trainers and clients 
  • Answer telephone, take sales enquiries and messages 
  • Assist sales department with day to day administration 
  • Record information on CRM 
  • Create customer reports using spreadsheets 
  • General office duties to include photocopying, post and filing 
  • Create great customer service/experience 
  • Contact customers via telephone and email
