An exciting opportunity to work for our fantastic NHS! We work across 5 different practices and require a Customer Service Practitioner to provide support across our 5 sites.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 37.00

Level 2 (GCSE)
To provide an efficient administrative role to the teams and responsive telephony/reception service to the patients and the Primary Health Care Team and undertake related administration tasks.

5 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above or equivalent, including maths and English are required.
After successful completion of the Apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to progress with lots of further learning to develop.
