Hospitality Team Member Apprentice Cute Coffee Lounge Limited
As a hospitality team member you will work front of house and in the kitchen at Cute Coffee Lounge and will carry out a range of duties including barista service, food preparation, serving customers and taking payments etc.

As a hospitality team member you will work front of house and in the kitchen at Cute Coffee Lounge and will carry out a range of duties such as:
- Barista service
- Food preparation
- Serving customers and taking payments
- Advising customers on menu items
- Ensuring customer are welcomed and satisfied with service during their visit
- Acting on customer feedback and resolving any concerns
- Supporting other team members across the business during busy periods
- Developing knowledge of the business and its values
Requirements and prospects
Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to learn
- High standard of personal hygiene
- An interest in food and hospitality industry trends
Grades A to D, 9-3 in maths and English
At the end of the Apprenticeship there may be the possibility of a full time position.
Things to consider
You will be required to work on Saturdays.
You will be required to adhere to health and safety regulations in the coffee shop and kitchen.
You will be working in an environment that gets very busy at key service times and will be on your feet most of the time.
About the employer
Cute Coffee lounge is located in Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton and is a coffee shop bistro cooking from scratch serving the local community.
