Casterbridge Manor are looking for a motivated and well-mannered individual to join their care team.
The successful candidates will be required to assist residents with all aspects of care and accommodating their needs and requirements, you will assist with the following:
- Personal Care - Washing & Dressing
- Eating & Drinking
- Attending Appointments
- Supporting residents with their daily activities
Requirements and prospects
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Willing to learn
- Good timekeeper
None required as full training will be given.
This Apprenticeship could lead to a full-time position at Casterbridge Manor.
Things to consider
The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £4.30 per hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship.
