You will be supporting the consultants

The role will involve:

  • The initial role will be very much based resourcing candidates for the recruitment consultants. This will be speaking to existing and new candidates on a daily basis, understanding their preferences and matching them to any relevant vacancies
  • Proactively identifying talented candidates through several sources                                     
  • Establishing a rapport with potential candidates to find out if both their skills and personal character traits are a good fit for the roles and clients and to promote opportunities
  • Liaising with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
  • Interview candidates over the phone
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice as well as GDPR regulations 
  • Register applicants on the database and attribute accordingly
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • Following up on business communications 
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract candidates to the agency. Full training will be given
  • CV searching 
  • Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client 
  • Receiving and reviewing applications
  • Time sheets
