Combining our skills and passion for fresh, local and seasonal produce, we have created a warm and welcoming environment in the heart of Lakeland’s most beautiful village.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with a full-time role available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

You will be a vital team member, supporting the head chef with the preparation, cooking, plating, and delivering of fresh food. You will also be responsible for assisting in the Kitchen, ensuring that the dishwasher is managed and helping the team with the end of day cleaning.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
  • Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
  • Assisting the head chef
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting with stock rotation, cleaning stations
