Customer Services & Media – Working in a fast paced and vibrant business that will help build your confidence and your ability to engage with and support with our customers, throughout their leisure journey.

We are looking for a happy and positive individual, who will work directly under our management team, learning and delivering all aspects of customer service, from direct customer interaction. 

Likely duties, full training provided:

  • Completing business paperwork 
  • Booking live entertainment 
  • Booking entertainment 
  • Placing orders and taking deliveries as required 
  • Stock management 
  • Dealing with queries through a variety of forms - face to face, phone, email, text, social media messengers 
  • Creating and posting content on social media 
  • Any other duties that will enhance your learning

You should have great communication skills, be able to confidently approach existing & potential customers, enjoy photography & video. Be organised, pro-active and enjoy learning new skills.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be 18+.

There will be a number of unsociable hours involved in this job role, so considering transport to and from work would be wise.
