Apprentice Business Administrator PAINTMODZ PROFORM LTD
Paintmodz is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business administrator, we are seeking to develop someone to have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. You will work as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, you will contribute to the efficiency of the organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
Daily duties will include:
- Undertaking general administration tasks
- Communication in a business environment
- Produce business documents
- Use and maintain office equipment
Requirements and prospects
- Problem-solving skills
- Decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Adopt a proactive approach to developing skills
The business administrator is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.
The business administrator is expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity – showing a positive attitude.
4 GCSEs at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) including maths and English.
Candidates who have not attended an Apprenticeship Interview at LMC prior to Interview must achieve at least a Level 1 on the Initial Assessment to be complete prior to enrolment.
Upon successful completion a career may be available.

- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Relevant training will be provided through Lancaster and Morecambe College. In order to successfully complete the Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme, subject to attending an Apprenticeship Preparation Training Session here at Lancaster and Morecambe College
