As part of the role you will be liaising with customers, helping and advising customers, looking after the store and emailing customers to respond to enquiries and issues. The role will also need some flexibility to help in the warehouse also

Level 2 (GCSE)
Duties to include;
- Help with selling parts and small machinery
- Communicating with customers in a variety of situations
- Managing orders taken face to face, Over the phone or from the website
- Creating shop display which can include the machines parked outside
- Answering Telephone calls to customers and suppliers
- Assisting other Areas of the business during busy times
Requirements and prospects
- To be creative and imaginative
- To have good communication skills
- Some experience of working with Customers
- Customer Service Skill
- To be self-motivated
- To have a can-do attitude
- Confident use of a computer
To have GCSE maths and English at grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent qualifications in these subjects.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the potential for the role to become permanent depending on performance and funding.
