An excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to join a fast-paced Retail outlet based in Hackenthorpe, Sheffield It will be a challenging but rewarding role, a high level of professional standard is expected. Additional in-house training to be given. Dress code is of professional standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with cash payments
  • Dealing with card payments
  • Stocktaking
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Dealing with incoming orders into warehouse
  • Help supervisor place orders
  • Helping owner with producing documents
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • General housekeeping of the store
  • Reporting to the duty supervisor
