Main areas of work:

  • Reception management, including incoming calls and meeting, greeting visitors in person
  • Forming and maintaining excellent relationships with people at all levels – residents and their families, staff colleagues, visiting professionals, local community etc.
  • Administration and personnel/financial management
  • Handling the admission enquiry process from receipt and brochure dispatch, to show round and contract signing
  • Marketing and PR including representing the home in the community and at various local events
  • Assisting to maintain the home’s excellent and extensive social media and online presence
  • Other project management and tasks as appropriate – no two days are ever the same!

Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

There is the possibility of studying towards functional skills qualifications as part of your apprenticeship.

Excellent potential for permanent work upon successful completion of your apprenticeship.
