Data-Path are looking for an enthused Operations Assistant, working in our small but busy office you will be working on numerous different tasks on a daily basis. It is hoped that the position will develop into a full-time member of our team.

Tasks will include:
- Clerical work
- emailing clients
- Ordering equipment
- A small amount of light warehouse duties and all other aspects of a lively office
We will be giving you training in several disciplines including 1st Aid and are keen to invest and develop the right candidate into software packages such as SAGE.

- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
You will undertake your apprenticeship training within the employer’s premises based in Yeovil and will also have an Assessor from Yeovil College, who will visit you on a regular basis and support you in working towards your portfolio. In addition, there are regular Master classes that you will attend online through Yeovil College, which will enhance the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours of the Customer Service Standard.
At the end of the Apprenticeship, once you are fully competent, you will then complete your end point assessment which will demonstrate your overall ability against the knowledge, skills and behaviours required.
Functional Skills in maths and English will also be delivered at Yeovil College in block weeks, if you do not already have a GCSE or equivalent A*-C / 4-9.
