You will undertake customer services duties for online e-commerce business.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:


  • Answering email queries and complaints
  • Contacting customers via telephone
  • Increasing confidence to make further phonecalls
  • Speaking to clients
  • Dealing with difficult conversations
  • Understanding social media engagement
