Duties will include:

  • To ensure correct slip quality is achieved
  • To ensure blungers, arks and sifters are running to standard
  • Ensure quality station records are recorded
  • To fill, tip and demould moulds to correct quality standard
  • To ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Ensure correct targets are achieved
  • To fettle and sponge all ware to company quality standard
  • To check ware for faults
  • To record counts and losses in work record sheet
  • To establish correct working practices for each aspect of machinery 
  • To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations and Company policies and to ensure at all times that the work area is clean, tidy and safe
